Krupp’s book is divided into sixteen sections and each one applied to me and I have already utilized several of the sections. I was truly amased to discover how one’s hairstyle and colour can affect how one appears. I took this book to the salon and had my hair cut in a manner I never thought would look good on me as well as had some colour work done and viola, my square jaw and prominent facial features were transformed, thank you Charla Krupp for writing Chapter 2 Wide Face. Krupp describes they key issues women are unhappy about and then dissects each issue offering advise, examples, “swap-outs” and the ever helpful “high fat” and “low fat” photographs to get her point across. Krupp breaks down key changes to be made in an easy to follow manner, some more drastic than others, for instance, I should wear v-necks shirts verses crew necks shirts. From wide shoulders to the dreaded muffin-top Krupp covers them all, adding extra information for those who are petite and for those who are plus size including tips on what not to do to appear younger than you are. Truly, How To Never Look Fat Again is a remarkable book and one I will be referring to time and again.
