Roskilde-Wordful & Wordless Wednesday

Roskilde Musiske Skole, Roskilde, Danmark.
Based on some coments this photo has confused several readers, which was never my intent. I assumed it was straight forward and I should not assume. This is a picture of a steel drum band I listened to in Roskilde, Danmark (aka Denmark).

With Love From Denmark

I received the most marvelous birthday box from my dear friend Karen. The boys were thrilled immediately, hoping she had send chocolates from Denmark, which she did. She also sent three birthday gifts, handmade with love.

Hand-knit Fingerless Gloves

They are beautiful, light weight, delicate and shall keep my hands warm, as they are always cold.

Hand-knit Neck-warmer

This will keep me fashionable and warm this winter.

Hand-made Elephant

She makes the loveliest elephants and this will go perfectly in my bedroom!

Thank you Karen for thinking of me and taking the time to make these wonderful gifts for me.

Roskilde Domkirke, Denmark: Wednesday Wordless and Wordful

While in Denmark, my DH decided to try his skill at being a photographer (I am not claiming he is any good), rather I am questioning his material. Definitely click on the photo to see it better. Update: DH just said, “I do go strange sometimes when I have a camera in a place filled with things I have never seen.”

I think it is best he stick with his career as a professor of chemistry, rather than as a photographer. Karen, apparently DH knew the entire time and was not telling me. I do not even recall visiting Roskilde. Update: I may need to create a series of WW around his photographs.
