Its Monday! What Are You Reading?

It’s Monday What Are you Reading is the perfect way for me to begin my week and allows me to focus on what needs to be read and to see what I have or have not accomplished the previous week. I also enjoy discovering new books by visiting other participants blogs.

I Read and Reviewed (click the title to be taken to the review):

This week I am planning to read/review:

  • The Reservoir by John Milliken Thompson
  • Two Friends by Alberto Moravia
  • Wendy and the Lost Boys by Julie Salamon
  • How to Love an American Man by Kristine Gasbarre
  • Shut Your Eyes Tight by John Verdon
  • The Convert by Deborah Baker
  • Two For Sorrow by Nicola Upson
  • The Year We Left Home by Jean Thompson
Visit next Monday to see if I managed to accomplish my reading goals.

  1. I’m so glad you liked Domestic Violets – definitely bumping that up to the TBR now! I’ll be interested to see what you think of Two for Sorrow – it wasn’t one of those that I enjoyed much, unfortunately.

  2. I haven’t heard of any of your books for this coming week, I hope they are good!

  3. Another great week for you. I don’t know how you get through so many!

  4. I love the cover for Domestic Violets, it’s so simple and lovely! Glad to hear you enjoyed it :)

  6. Domestic Violets is on my wish list. Your pace is amazing… I look at that list of books you have on for next week and know I could never keep up :) Have a great week Jennifer!

  7. So so glad to hear you enjoyed Domestic Violets! I’ve got it up for review in a couple of weeks and now I’m definitely more eager to pick it up! Yay! :)

Hope you have a fabulous reading week and if you get a second stop my to see what I’ve been reading at There’s A Book! :)

  8. Admiring how many books you completed last week :D

  11. Domestic Violets is on my wishlist and I’ll have to check out Wendy & the Lost Boys, fan of Peter Pan :)
Have a great week and happy reading :)

  12. Wow, you’ve had a really good week. I actually only managed two.

  13. Love the title of Domestic Violets but, after reading your review, know it is not the type of book I read. I tend more toward fantasy rather than reality in the books I choose. Happy reading!

  14. A couple of your books this week are on my interest list so I will be keeping an eye out for your reviews.

  15. Lots of reading AND reviewing…wish I could be as productive LOL

  16. Great reading and all new to me, have to check them all out!

    Happy reading!!

  17. You always have a great variety of books that you are reading. The Convert sounds really interesting!

  18. I’m always impressed by how much you get through, I’ve got a big list this week but that’s because it’s two weeks’ worth!

  22. Wow, that’s some reading there! What Language Is looks fascinating – I love books like that. Have a great week!

  23. Great books this week! I haven’t read any of them but they look amazing. Happy reading and thank you for stopping by! : )

  24. I love Sena Jeter Naslund, but Adam & Eve was a huge disappointment to me. As you said, it lacked focus and just relied too much on coincidence. I am a fantasy fan and it still didn’t work for me. Enjoy your week!

  25. I have a copy of Domestic Violets that I haven’t cracked open yet. Maybe I need to bump it up on the TBR pile based on how much you liked it!

  26. Enjoy your upcoming books! I’m posting late this week because I’ve been on a trip to the mountains and out of reach of the internet. Please come see what I’ve read.

  27. Great list of books! Enjoy!
