Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
“He murmured; something optimistic, she guessed. He was too young to know there were some wrongs that couldn’t be righted; some sins that would follow you to the grave.”

Here’s MY TUESDAY MEMES POST
You are welcome, I really enjoyed it.
Is this is the one about Queen CAtherine and Owen Tudor?? i love their story! I haven’t read this one yet though.
Yes, Catherine de Valois who marries Henry V and loves Owain Tudor. I am afraid I am only 20 odd pages into the story. The book re-release date is tomorrow.
Oh, I didn’t know it wasn’t released yet! It’s been on my to-read list for so long!
Nope, it was my mistake, it is a reprint edition I have, I am sorry for the confusion.
Great teaser–makes you wonder about those sins.
Indeed.
Wow, I wonder what happened … great teaser!
Mine’s here.
Me too, I have not gotten further.
Intriguing! What sin is that?
I have an idea, but I need to read more to be certain.
Sounds as though he’s responding to something terrible, or at least emotionally tumultuous.
I cannot say as I am no further along in the book. I hope to have answers soon.
Hopefully he’ll live long enough to learn.
I know! Today I am doing housework and reading.
Mmmm, that sounds interesting! I’ll keep an eye out for this one.
Thanks for dropping by my teaser!
Thus far it is good! My review will be up on the 10th.
This looks like a pretty good read. I’ll need to write the title down so I can look it up.
I chose a teaser from A Broken Bond by Stacey Kennedy. LOVED this book. You can find it HERE
I am not far into it, but so far it is a lot of fun. I will be reading it today.

I love the teaser… it’s so right!
That it is.
Interesting teaser!
I thought it rang true.
I’m always interested in the equation of youth with optimism — not sure I always buy it.

I know my teens/young adult children are far less jaded than me and far more optimistic.
Great teaser! I’m adding this to my TBR list. Heres mine: http://infertilenanny.blogspot.com/2011/03/teaser-tuesdays-38.html

Here is my Teaser Tuesday: THe Noah’s Ark Quest by Boyd Morrison post!
It is lovely thus far. My review will be up March 10th.
Today’s TT has a “queenly” them going! Getting lots of good recommendations, including yours.
MY TT is non-fiction this week. If you like dogs you may be interested in “Good Old Dog” by Dr. Nicholas Dodman. Link: Summit Musings
I noticed that as well. This is thus far proving to be a delightful read.
Oops! Make that “queenly” theme, not “them”.
Got it.
What a delightful teaser! Hi, I have nominated you for a Lovely Blog Award. Details can be found at http://www.the-reading-list.com
Thank you for the award.
I guess fidelity would be one of those things that go to the grave with her.

That’s a great teaser. I can’t help but feel bad for the boy, though–it sounds like he’s about to get some bad news.
Quite possibly not…
So true! Great teaser!
I liked the universality of the sentences.

True enough.

Your teaser made me very sad somehow. Do you get a sad tone off of this?
Thanks for dropping by my blog.
A bit. It is, thus far, a lovely book.
Wonder what exactly these sins are…a good teaser! Is it a very religious book?
Historical Fiction.
Love the cover… and yes, sins will follow you to the grave and you will regret them for a very very very long time. Better to come clean and say forgive me before it’s too late.
Agreed!
Great teaser! Thanks for stopping by!
You are welcome.

Great teaser! I love the title and cover for this one. I will have to check it out.
It is very interesting.
Sometimes it’s nice to have that childish optimism, though. It can remind you that it’s ok to hope.
My teaser this week is from Tales From The Yoga Studio
Yes, hope is a good thing.
Ohh interesting, now I want to know the backstory.
It is a rather interesting historical story.
A bit late but I like your teaser, there’s something rather melancholic about it.
Indeed there is.
