It’s Monday What Are you Reading?

It’s Monday What Are you Reading is the perfect way for me to begin my week and allows me to focus on what needs to be read and to see what I have or have not accomplished the previous week. I also enjoy discovering new books by visiting other participants blogs.

I Read and Reviewed (click the title to be taken to the review):

Visit next Monday to see if I managed to accomplish my reading goals.

  1. You accomplished a lot, as usual. I want to read Wishin’ and Hopin’, and I’ll be reading Brava, Valentine soon, as it’s on my stacks.

    Enjoy your week.

  10. Great reading week. We have a couple of the same books on our stacks. I see a couple that I am interested in and look forward to your thoughts.

  11. Sorry to hear that Brava, Valentine didn’t work out for you. I have the first two books of the series on my shelf, so I’m hoping reading the first one will help me enjoy them more.

  12. Thanks for sharing that list! I’m feeling a bit jealous :) Head over to my blog and check out my much smaller list!

  13. I am always in awe of how much you read! And you have such a busy life too. They all sound good and I really want to read Wally Lambs book, I love all his books. Also Adriana Trigiani book.
    Hope your week goes well,
    Natalie :0)

  14. We have several of the same books coming up. I agree with you about The Forever Queen, excellent book! I’m looking forward to Child of the Northern Spring as well.

Thanks for stopping by my blog too. Have a great week.

  16. I saw the book trailer for Annexed and have had it on my TBR list since then. I did just read Bending Toward the Sun, which reminded me of Anne Frank.

Thanks for stopping by my blog :)

  17. Wow, wow, wow! that’s quite a list of finished books! I haven’t managed a big week like that for a while. Thanks for stopping by mine! Arsenic & Clam Chowder sounds interesting….

  19. Wow! Again, another fantastic week! I’ve been really dying to read Brava, Valentine but I’m sad to see you didn’t like it much. I may have to try what you mentioned and start from the beginning of the series and work my way forward.

    Have a fabulous reading week!

  20. You had a fantastic week!

To counter balance the large number of academic journal articles I’m reading, I read a bunch of books off my wishlist. Here’s what I’m reading this week.

  21. Wow…you read that many books in 1 week!! amazing. I will never accomplice that much because I’m a slow reader

  22. Whew – what a list. I am now 72% completed on The Forever Queen. It took me time to get into it but I think I was intimidated by the size. Lots of great detail/history.
    Have a great week.

  23. As always, I am astonished at the number of books you were able to read and review in one week! I have The Book of Eli as part of a tour and I just reviewed Lipstick in Afghanistan-very good book that had me Googling to find out more about the village it is set in. The Forever Queen, Regression, Child of the Northern Spring, and The Wolves of Andover are on my wishlist. I’m off to read some of your reviews!
