The Sunday Salon (TSS) 7/18

Life: This summer has been hot, humid and hazy intermixed with storms.  This is the first summer in a long time that I have gone without a tan.  It has just been too hot and I am quite heat intolerant.  Which is an odd way of saying the summer is going along quickly, which is neither god nor bad, it just is.

Family Update: This past week was crazy with my oldest fracturing a toe (ER doctor), which turned out not to be fractured (specialist) so he can resume running Monday.  Unfortunately he missed his senior pictures and  we had to reschedule, since we were at that time told it was a broken toe.  Remember the potentially ingenous bit from last week?  It worked.  We managed to get two college tours and interviews packed into one day.  It was a very long and hot day, but it worked brilliantly!

Saturday Night: I spent the evening in pain and in bed.  Our oldest went to another  graduation party and the rest painted the laundry room (which needed painting desperately).

Read and Reviewed: There were a few books I hoped to get to that I did not, but I cannot complain, my week went well. I read and reviewed 12 books I read which totaled 4,243 pages. Do not want to wait until Monday to see the entire list? They are all up and as usual I love comments.

So what will I be reading? I am reading Tuesday Tells It Slant by Holly Christine.

Happy Reading and please feel free to leave comments or suggestions.
