My review:
I admit to being a little apprehensive about reviewing this book, since I lack a sense of fashion. I have never desired to be fashionable. Yet, having a background in political science and naturally enjoying learning about new topics I decided I would take a look at this book. I am glad I did. Mrs. O: The Face of Fashion Democracy by Mary Tomer is a beautifully crafted and well-put together book filled with information about Michelle Obama as well as interviews with top designers and fans. The array of stunning photographs completes this beautiful book. I would not hesitate to recommend this book to anyone who loves fashion, has an interest in history, or is just curious about our current first lady, Michelle Obama, and the fashion trends surrounding her.
